Singapore Life #27 – Taking The Day Off

Taking the day off today. Here is some link love to keep you entertained though.

Churrosity. This place just sells churros. When are we going?

The new Black Milk Adventure Time collection. I may have purchased a little early Christmas present for myself. Yes…I am a 28 year old woman who wants to wear Adventure Time leggings.

When Key first told me he’d got a job in Singapore, I jokingly told him that I’d go with him only if he took me to Tetsuya’s restaurant which is located in Marina Bay Sands. I’ve since read this great review and have now realised that will not be happening.

Obnoxious Expats in Singapore. I feel like SO much of this depicts our life here.

I went to my second cooking class at Coriander Leaf this week. I can highly recommend it and I’m now inspired to try making chicken rice at home again.

Have a lovely weekend everyone :)

Hi! I’m Taryn. The Wooden Spoons is a food blog and collection of wooden spoons, recipes and stories. I’m a Canberra fan-girl with a passion for all things food. I love South East Asian food, fusion food done well and slow cooked anything. I don’t get quinoa, have a mild phobia of milk touching my skin and custard from a package freaks me out. Thanks for joining me on my cooking and food adventures.
